Callies Homes Inc. was established in 2013 and is owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Shawn and Shelley. We provide general contracting, custom home construction, remodeling, additions, and design services in Howard, SD and the surrounding area.
Shawn is hands-on with every build - physically taking part in the construction and labor and directing all subcontractors on the project. Shelley leads the design side, from floor plans and layout to exterior details like window and door placement, siding options, and the look of each individual space. She also assists in selecting materials and supplies.
We've never built the same home or layout twice. We take pride in our customization and flexibility, and we work closely with each customer from early planning and design through construction so the finished project matches what was discussed from the start - whether it's a new custom home, a remodel, room addition, or general contracting for an existing build.
